Wash and then Peel off bitter guard lightly and cut in roundels
Apply some salt and turmeric powder on bitter guard and keep aside covered
Later squeeze out excess water from bitter guard and discard it
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add chopped onion and saute till transparent
Add all spices and saute till aroma comes
Now add bitter guard roundels and salt to taste
Mix well and cook covered till soft
Check and turn in between
Now add raw mango powder and sugar..mix well and cook covered for next few minutes
Garnish with coriander and serve with soft chapatis, steamed rice and dal.. Tastes awesome
